FAQ - What is the FFL RANKER?
The FFL RANKER is our answer to that 'what division do I belong in?' struggle that every team & athlete has! Registration for the YVR season ranker is open now!
Why do we have to do the RANKER?
In previous seasons we utilized some basic stats to help us properly rank your teams - we asked for a max Back Squat & Snatch, as well as your most recent Fran & 2,000m Row times. What we found, is those without updated results for these scores would submit random numbers - throwing off our ability to rank your teams.
How will it be used to rank my team?
At the end of the ranker all the athletes will be ranked based on their scores - when you register you team we will total up the combined finish of all the individual athletes to seed your teams for the season!
Do I have to do the RANKER workouts all at once?
Nope!
The ranker workouts can be completed at any time, in any order, at any place that has the basic equipment you'll need!
Once you have completed the workouts - submit your scores via Competition Corner!
Once all 6 athletes on your team have submitted their scores - contact us to get a head start n registration!
What if the FFL isn’t in my region yet?
